Custom PC Builds: Orders for custom PCs may only be cancelled before assembly begins. Refunds may be subject to deduction for the cost of non-refundable components.

Refunds or exchanges will be provided in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

Hosting: Hosting is provided through secure servers with a focus on reliability. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime due to third-party provider issues or unforeseen circumstances.
IT Management: We manage your IT infrastructure with professional diligence. However, SamSites is not liable for damages caused by third-party software vulnerabilities, unauthorized access, or force majeure events.
Website Design, Hosting, and IT Management Terms
Product Quality: All components used in custom PC builds are sourced from reputable suppliers and have manufacturer warranties.
Non-Performance: If your custom PC fails to operate as specified, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under ACL.
Warranty Terms: Manufacturer warranties apply to all hardware components. SamSites does not provide additional warranties but will facilitate claims with manufacturers where applicable.
Consumer Guarantees for Custom PC Builds
All prices listed on our website or provided via quotes are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made upfront for most Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
