This Sales & Refund Policy explains how purchases, payments, cancellations, and refunds work when you buy products or services from Samsites (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy.

 

1. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.  

  • Payment is required upfront before work begins, unless we agree in writing to another arrangement.  

  • We may use trusted third‑party payment processors. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate.  

  • If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause or cancel your project or service until the issue is resolved.

2. Order Confirmation

Once payment is received, we will confirm your order and outline the next steps.  

 

You are responsible for reviewing all project details and ensuring the information you provide is correct.

3. Scope of Work and Revisions

Each service includes a clearly defined scope and a set number of revisions.  


If you request changes outside the agreed scope, additional fees may apply.

 
We will always communicate these costs before proceeding.

4. Delivery of Services

We aim to deliver services within agreed timeframes.  


Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Project complexity  

  • Your responsiveness  

  • Availability of required content or approvals  

  • Unforeseen technical issues  

We will notify you of any significant delays.

5. Change of Mind Policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not required to offer refunds for a change of mind.  
Because our services involve time, labour, and custom work, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind after work has begun.

If you change your mind before work starts, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, minus any administrative or processing costs.

6. Refunds Under Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a service:

  • Is not delivered with reasonable care and skill  

  • Is not fit for the purpose you told us about  

  • Is not delivered within a reasonable time  

If the issue is minor, we may choose to fix the problem rather than provide a refund.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your project at any time.  

 

However:

  • If work has already begun, you will be charged for the portion completed  

  • Any unused portion of the service may be refunded at our discretion  

  • If the project is near completion, a refund may not be available  

We may cancel a project if you breach our Terms of Service or fail to provide required information.

8. User‑Generated Content

If your project relies on content you provide (text, images, files, or other materials), delays or errors caused by incomplete or incorrect content are not grounds for a refund.
